Which systems can I choose from?
Four live systems: DinePOS for restaurants and cafés, RxPOS for pharmacies, MartPOS for minimarts and SuperPOS for supermarkets. They share one Roy4D login, payment stack and reporting layer, so moving between them does not mean starting over.
Does RoyPOS work without internet?
Yes. The till keeps selling when the connection drops, stores every sale locally and syncs automatically the moment you are back online. Nothing is lost and nothing is double-counted.
Does it take M-Pesa?
M-Pesa is native. Send an STK push from the till, the customer approves on their phone, and the sale is marked paid and reconciled automatically. Cash and card are supported too.
Can I use my existing hardware?
Any modern laptop, tablet or POS terminal with a browser will run RoyPOS. Common barcode scanners and thermal receipt printers are supported; our team will confirm your exact models during onboarding.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses are live within a day. We import your catalogue, configure your first till and train your cashiers — free on every plan.
Can I manage more than one branch?
Yes. One login manages every store, each with its own registers, catalogue and cashier shifts. Owners get a consolidated view of sales and stock across the whole business.
Is my data safe?
Access is role-based and every sensitive action — voids, price changes, shift closes — is written to an audit trail. Sessions are encrypted and data is backed up continuously.
